Characteristics:

The reeling shafts of the machine adopt pneumatic core shaft for tension control, the tension is free to adjust. Reeling methods: central reeling and surface reeling; the pressure is controlled by cylinder, according to the different basis materials, the air pressure can be well adjusted.

  The reeling of the machine adopts dual-shaft automatic reel shift, automatic label affixture, automatic cloth cutting, consecutive operation without stopping machine, the driving wheel of the machine adopts marking type with static balance configuration. The surface is plated with Teflon for anti-sticking. The tension between upper and low shafts under pneumatic control by the rotating difference between the upper and lower marking shafts, it is easy and quick to adjust. The surface reeling wheel adopts rubber wheels so as to well remove bubbles, the unwinding wheels adopts adjustable hockey sticks so as to remove crinkles; the reeling shafts adopt pneumatic brake for tension control.
